Wanting to be a Faramis pro? Perhaps this is the guide you're waiting for! You shall see there's more to know about him.
Prioritize Speed, Antiheal, then Cooldown which are the first three items. Andthen you are free to adjust the remaining three. Personally, I go for Lightning Truncheon for more AOE damage and then Wishing Lantern for enhanced damaged to tanks, and Divine Glaive as last itme to pierce through enemy defences.
This is his default battle spell, Flicker, to help him escape or use flicker+ultimate combo to save his allies.
Talents: #811, #121, #131
Mage Emblem to boost his magic damage and cooldown reduction. Agility and Wilderness Blessing for extra movement speed to help him visit other lanes that needs his help. Impure Rage to boost his poking abilities.
Recommend
To sustain him to battle field and support him to healing others
To protect this hero on using his ult
Talents: #611, #821, #831
Mage support guide
To provide more support and enable him to turt fight
Good with Terizla: Ult of Teri can give you huge turn up for the match
Watch out for Nolan: Cause it can dash towards you
Using these items, he can maximize his magic damage output. The last two are situational, meaning they can be changed based on the situation
Using the battle spell of 'Arrival,' you'll be able to respond much faster to your teammates. Combining it with his passive—where he's able to respawn immediately—will be really useful.
Talents: #811, #621, #631
Mage emblem for magic damage. For the first emblem set, 'Agility' will give him movement speed so he could catch up with his teammates, and he will be able to gank lanes faster. 'Bargain Hunter' is crucial since his role is to roam, but he deals damage; it'll make him able to buy the necessary items. And 'Lethal Ignition' for extra damage, since his 2nd skill is a burst type.
Do as you do, just make sure to help your mid laner to clear its lane
Use his 1st and 2nd skills to stack up passives. Stack his passive ASAP whenever you respawn. And utilize his ability to phase through walls using his 1st skill, use it to gank, initiate an attack, or even escape.
Good with Carmilla: Carmilla's ultimate can help maximize the damage output of Faramis' second skill.
Good with Tigreal: Tigreal's ultimate can pull enemies into one space, making Faramis' second skill much powerful.
Good with Atlas: The same as Tigreal. For Faramis' 2nd skill, More enemies = more damage
Watch out for Gloo: Faramis can easily counter Gloo using his 2nd skill. More enemies = More damage. You can "one shot" Gloo when Gloo is on his ultimate state.
Watch out for Estes: Whenever there's Estes, his teammates tend to gather up, which means Faramis can use his 2nd skill to hurt them a lot.
This is the items that I use so that I can spam the first and second skill and to deal a huge amount of damage.
This can be use to escape, surprise pull your enemies and to rescue your teammates with your ultimate faster.
Talents: #811, #621, #631
For the emblem talents, I use agility to have extra movement speed and rotate faster, I also use bargain hunter to buy items faster and lethal ignition for continuous damage and to also secure kills.
When I use Faramis, I often use him as a setter and help my teammates to avoid being burst out in team fights. The flicker is a great choice for Faramis because you can surprise your enemies using your first skill and flicker and pull them near to your teammates. You can also use Faramis to zone during objectives using you first skill so that you can pull the enemies away from the objectives. Faramis can also disrupt enemies skills like Pharsa. For his ultimate, when your teammates are having a hard time in team fights, use it so that they won't get burst, you can also use it in advance when you know that the enemies will apply crowd control on your team because expect that when there is a crowd control, there's a damage following that controls.
This could be Faramis' new core item, tested several times on both classic and ranked games.
Demon boots provide a good amount of mana regeneration for early to mid game, which can be later on replaced with any boots depending on your team composition needs. The queen's wings and blood wings combo is effective in disengaging in team fights as it gives movement speed and reduction of current cooldown on skills on cooldown, allowing Faramis to have a chance at escaping with his first skill.
Flicker has always been a good spell for Faramis for he can be able to perform rescues with his ulti+flicker combo, while Revitalize is a good alternative to this.
Talents: #611, #621, #132
Faramis benefits from the support emblem, which provides a good amount of movement speed and cooldown reduction. Since this Faramis loadout is focused on getting items, bargain hunter is the best choice to get thunder belt as fast as he can. Tenacity is also a good choice for tier 2 emblem talent.
It is advised for faramis to aid exp lane so that both players will be able to share their exp and gold gain, getting the exp crab might help Faramis get to level 4 easily.

Good with Carmilla: These two are the best combo you could ever imagine because these two rely on how many enemies you're dealing your damage with. Use the ultimate of Carmilla first to link the enemies and follow up with Faramis first and second skill to burst down the enemies because Faramis based its damage on how many the enemies and Carmilla link those damage to the entire enemy team.
Watch out for Gloo: Since Faramis' second skill was based on how many the targets where, he can somehow counter Gloo because Gloo's second skill produced many Goos which count as an enemy unit which Faramis can use to multiply his damage.
Faramis needs vision so that he will be able to poke enemies at ease without having to worry about ambushed. Quantum charge, his first skill, and the emblem setup synergizes so well that it's almost effective to gain stacks easily. This is when he needs to rack up stacks whenever possible.
Good with Fredrinn: With Fredrinn's crowd control capabilities, Faramis helps with following up without having to worry about his squishiness while also providing nether realm for more utility.
Watch out for Bruno: Bruno's ultimate counters Faramis, burst damage and his sustain with Haas' Claws make it difficult for Faramis to keep up with the pace.
