  In the beginning of match you don't have enough defence so you you should play safe but after you reach mid game you can take good damage and heal yourself and your team after gain the heal roam and in the late game you will be able to take high damage ( depending on your equipment) and make high heal but should take care about your damage maker in team and save them from enemy
